Principal Broker

Paul is a licensed broker in Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, and Georgia, specializing in land, retail, industrial, and investment properties. Paul has represented buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in multiple transactions worth tens of millions of dollars. His experience includes retail and industrial site selection for both local and national firms. He holds the prestigious designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).

In 2004, Mayor Jerry Abramson appointed Paul to the Board of Zoning Adjustment of Louisville Metro (BOZA), where Paul has gained vast knowledge of the planning and zoning process, including conditional use permits, variances, and waivers. Although Paul declined a fourth board term in 2012, his experience on BOZA has proven to be an invaluable asset in understanding the governmental process.

Before getting into commercial real estate, Paul served others in the hospitality industry for nearly 30 years. He owned and managed Ferd Grisanti Restaurant from 1973 until going into the commercial real estate business in 2002. His philosophy of exceeding expectations has served him well in both the hospitality industry and the real estate industry.

Paul also has experience in the wholesale liquor industry, working in sales for a year and a half for Vertner Smith Company (currently Republic Wine and Spirits). Paul has gained vast experience in sales and customer service throughout his professional career.

Paul has been very active in the community, serving on numerous boards and volunteer projects: Saint Xavier High School Alumni Board; Board of Zoning Adjustment (BOZA) for Louisville Metro Government; president of the Jeffersontown Chamber of Commerce (three terms); board member of Catholic Cemeteries; board member of the Kentucky Restaurant Association; fundraiser for Church of the Ascension Building Project; and participant in various fundraising projects for groups such as Dare to Care, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
