As the University of Louisville sought to expand student housing options, it gave its blessing to private developer Investment Property Advisors to construct a state-of-the-art student living complex on the northwest corner of campus. Grisanti Group brokers Steve Lennon and Paul Grisanti have recently closed the sale on the property at 3709 Mattingly Rd. in Buckner, Oldham County, Kentucky. This 1.33 acre, 6,000 square foot warehouse space with finished office space, loading dock and drive-in door will be used by Fivestar Wheels LLC. The sale price was $245,000. The retail building located at 3007-9 Dixie Hwy was sold twice in the last month. Grisanti Group represented the seller in early March and represented both the new seller and new buyer in early April. Steve Lennon was the agent for Grisanti Group.
Although new development has been hampered some from the recent economy, we have noticed activity picking up dramatically for leasing and purchasing of developed properties.
