As the University of Louisville sought to expand student housing options, it gave its blessing to private developer Investment Property Advisors to construct a state-of-the-art student living complex on the northwest corner of campus. Set to begin leasing this August, Cardinal Towne will provide furnished apartments for 540 students along with amenities such as pool, fitness center, study and lounge areas.
