Kevin offers M&A Advisory and Business Brokerage Services and is licensed to sell real estate in the state of Kentucky.  Kevin is affiliated with both Transworld Business Advisors and Grisanti Group Commercial Real Estate. He is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and the M&A Source trade group.  Kevin holds a CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) designation, awarded to intermediaries who have proven professional excellence through verified education as well as exemplary commitment to the M&A industry.   

Kevin leverages over thirty years of global marketing, sales, small business ownership, and operational general management to assist others in reaching their business goals.  He has been involved in hundreds of negotiations across 5 continents. 

Kevin is a Saint Xavier High School graduate with a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University, Oxford Ohio and an MBA from Bellarmine University.

He has most recently served as Treasurer and Board Member at the KMAC Museum in Louisville and served as Vice President and Secretary at Big Spring Country Club.
