Our sales and leasing associate Amanda O’Connor recently had the privilege of helping Yafa Enterprises, a well-established ice cream distribution company based in St. Louis, secure the perfect space for their expansion into the Louisville market. After exploring several options, Amanda found her client their ideal match: a 7,500 sq. ft. warehouse that offers the space, functionality, and prime location needed to launch operations here.
Yafa Enterprises isn’t coming alone — they’ve partnered with some of the biggest names in frozen treats and snacks to bring their products to our region. Louisville can now look forward to seeing favorites from Blue Bunny, Mars Ice Cream, Sweet Summits, Killer Brownies, Rosati Italian Ice and Royal Snacks in more places than ever.
This expansion not only marks an exciting new chapter for Yafa Enterprises but also means more variety for local retailers and consumers. It’s always rewarding to help an out-of-town business plant new roots in our community — and we can’t wait to see their growth here in Louisville.
