Nick Grisanti is a CCIM designee and licensed broker in Kentucky and Indiana. Nick specializes in land sales and industrial real estate advisory. Nick has extensive experience in transactions involving rezoning and other land use challenges. He was the 2020 and 2022 Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance (KCREA) Vacant Land Broker of the Year and was recognized by Louisville Business First as one of Twenty People to Know in Real Estate in 2017. He provided tenant representation services on a 2018 Louisville Business First Commercial Real Estate Champions nominee transaction. In additional to real estate expertise, Nick provides clients with guidance on navigating the various job creation, construction, and financing incentives available from state and local governments. Nick has represented such clients as Ring Container Technologies on a 155,000 square-foot class A industrial/warehouse lease, Diversified Consultants Inc on a 60,000 square-foot office/call center lease, and Care Innovations (a subsidiary of Intel) on a the lease of 7,000 square feet of class A office space. Nick’s land sales have included multiple large industrial sites, single family residential development sites, and multi-family residential development sites of up to 70 acres. He has also provided both seller and buyer representation on numerous retail pads. He has worked on projects with Tractor Supply, Wendy’s, Zaxby’s, Jefferson County Public Schools, Bullitt County Fiscal Court, Bullitt County Board of Education, and multiple car wash, self-storage, and heath care providers.

Prior to joining Grisanti Group, Nick worked in business development at the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development. While working for the Commonwealth, Nick recruited new manufacturing, distribution, office, and IT operations for companies such as Thai Summit GroupKowa Kentucky IncSherwood BeddingPortwestArcher Daniels Midland, and Luxco’s Rebel Yell Distillery. Nick also worked on successful expansion and retention projects with the likes of Ashland, Inc’s Valvoline HQADP, Aperture CredentiallingHomecare HomebasePiramal Pharmaceutical’s Coldstream LaboratoriesGameStop, and Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems.

Nick is a Louisville native and graduate of St. Xavier High School. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and a Master’s from UK’s Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce.
