Grisanti Group brokers Steve Lennon and Paul Grisanti have recently closed the sale on the property at 3709 Mattingly Rd. in Buckner, Oldham County, Kentucky. This 1.33 acre, 6,000 square foot warehouse space with finished office space, loading dock and drive-in door will be used by Fivestar Wheels LLC. The sale price was $245,000.
