The retail building located at 3007-9 Dixie Hwy was sold twice in the last month. Grisanti Group represented the seller in early March and represented both the new seller and new buyer in early April. Steve Lennon was the agent for Grisanti Group.

Although new development has been hampered some from the recent economy, we have noticed activity picking up dramatically for leasing and purchasing of developed properties. Since we monitor the market daily, we know where the deals are and we know the market well enough to advise our clients on such information.
